Universal Community Services (UCS) is a mission-driven, non-profit organisation committed to delivering sustainable and measurable impact across Sierra Leone and the wider African region.

Our work focuses on improving access to safe water, health and well-being, quality education and child protection, sustainable livelihoods, and resilient community development. A resilient, inclusive, and equitable society where communities across Sierra Leone and the wider African region have reliable access to safe water, quality education, sustainable livelihoods, dignified housing, and the opportunities needed to thrive.

Our Mission

Universal Community Services (UCS) is a non-profit, community-centred organisation dedicated to delivering sustainable, accountable, and measurable impact in Water, Health & Well-Being, Quality Education & Child Protection, Sustainable Livelihoods & Economic Empowerment, and Community Development & Resilient Housing.

We work in partnership with communities, governments, donors, and the private sector to implement evidence-based programmes that strengthen resilience, promote equity, and drive long-term socio-economic transformation across Sierra Leone and the wider African region.
